Course Description
This course is designed for complete beginners, those who have never before played guitar. In this course, you will learn the fundamentals of guitar. Topics covered include chords, scales, and reading music. In addition, you will learn musical terminology and basic music theory.
- Tune a guitar using a tuner
- Read guitar music in standard notation
- Play first-position chords
- Play two-octave scales
- Understand basic music terminology
