Course Description
This course focuses on the skills required for the effective use of eCampus online resources to research, cite, and avoid plagiarism. It is designed to prepare students to be successful in all eCampus courses with assignments that require research and citations.
Learning Outcomes
- Demonstrate the ability to locate scholarly sources.
- Evaluate the credibility and reliability of located scholarly sources.
- Compose writing that demonstrates the ethical use of quotes, paraphrases, and summaries from sources, avoiding plagiarism in all submitted work.
- Create accurate in-text citations and reference entries in APA or MLA format.
